RepGrab (“RepGrab”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Barbara Szekely, a sole trader. When you create an account or subscribe, you enter into an agreement with Barbara Szekely. You can reach us at repgrab1@gmail.com.
By creating an account, subscribing or continuing to use RepGrab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. You confirm you are of legal age in your country, and if you use RepGrab on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.
RepGrab lets you extract exercises and rep schemes from publicly shared fitness videos and links, browse a built-in exercise library, build and schedule workouts, log sets and track progress. Paid plans add unlimited AI extraction, unlimited saved workouts, race mode, cloud sync and agent (MCP) access.
You must give accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
You must not:
RepGrab uses automated and AI systems to read captions, on-screen text and video frames and to suggest workouts. These outputs may be incomplete, wrong or misinterpreted. You are responsible for the links and prompts you submit, for checking the results before you train, and for having the rights to any content you input. We may filter, refuse, restrict or remove outputs and content, and may suspend accounts for repeated misuse. Rights holders can request a takedown by emailing us; repeat infringers lose access.
RepGrab is a fitness tracking and planning tool, not medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise programme. You train at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety, technique and load selection.
We own RepGrab and everything in it — the software, exercise database, content, design and branding. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. You keep ownership of the workouts and logs you create, and grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the service.
We work hard to keep RepGrab running but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you chose until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payment, billing, currency, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms, and by our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time. When access ends you can export your data on request for 30 days, after which we may delete it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use, or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. If we change these terms we will update this page and the date above.
